1. Windows 95/98/Me/NT4.0/2000 is no longer supported.
Also, other than Windows 7, 64-bit versions are not supported.
Windows XP requires the .NET framework version 3.0 freely available from the Microsoft® website.
Windows Aero display functions are not available when the application is used under Windows Vista Home Basic edition.

2. Software utilization is possible with CPUs having lower working frequencies than indicated above provided the CPU supports the SSE instructions.

3. This software uses a license verification system (L.E.A.P.System) which requires an Internet Connection.
After the first installation of the software, the license validation (activation) will be processed when starting the program. It will also be processed periodically from time to time.
Therefore, the PC using this software must be connected to the Internet.
In environments like universities or companies using LAN, we cannot guarantee that the license verification will be correctly processed due to restrictions that might be set from things such as firewalls and security/anti-virus software.
*Before purchasing the software, please run some tests with the trial version which also has the verification system.

*Notes
  1. MPEG-1 VBR (variable bitrate) file import is not supported.
  2. Depending of the settings and device used, an audio gap may appear in the captured movie data. Use the trial version to verify the quality of your capture system.
  3. Transport stream importation tested with sources generated by a JVC GR-HD1 and a SONY HDR-FX1/HC1.
  4. Supports video files generated by the TMPGEnc series software encoder, most of the capture devices and DVD recorders. Depending of the settings and device used, an audio gap may appear in the captured movie data. Use the trial version to verify the quality your capture system before purchasing the retail version. Partially damaged source file may not be imported at all. This application cannot process DVD-Video protected by a Copyright or anti-copy enforcement system such as CSS and CPRM.
  5. DVD-VR importation requires a media compatible drive and UDF 2.0 support. Standard Windows installation not being able to copy or read UDF 2.0 format, such function cannot be used. This application cannot process DVD-Video protected by a Copyright or anti-copy enforcement system such as CSS and CPRM.
  6. This application cannot read copy-protected Microsoft TV recorder files. Microsoft TV PVR file (*.dvr-ms) importation requires a patch for Windows XP SP1 you will find at the Microsoft Support Page. WTV file importation is possible on the computer used to record the file, or on computer able to create this type of file. Recordings copy-protected by a DRM scheme cannot be imported. Only WTV files containing MPEG-2 video and MP2 audio can be imported.
  7. Support Dolby Digital audio 1 ch (monaural) and 2 ch (stereo) input, output and encoding. Dolby Digital audio multichannel supported in the preview and cut-edit. Generated Dolby Digital audio is for personnal, non-commercial use only.
  8. MPEG files with different characteristics cannot be merged.
  9. Requires a blu-ray compatible media writer. Menu cannot be added in BDAV output mode. Only BDAV compatible files can be outputted in BDAV mode. The BDAV standard format may differ depending of the source file.
  10. Requires a compatible media writer. Can only add one fixed type of menu or no menu at all. Only DVD-Video compatible files can be outputted in DVD-Video mode.
  11. Can only write onto DVD-RAM media.
  12. Profile and level depends of the input file. In case of transport stream input, only the HDV mode is available.
  13. Some players may not display the chapters.
  14. SESF support is required for BDAV players. HDV and other HD resolution support may differ depending the player used.
  15. Please verify if the selected character code is supported by your BDAV player.
  16. Requires a player supporting both the disc/program title display and character code support.
  17. Minimum and maximum resolution may vary according to the broadcast standard.
  18. The value may vary according to the broadcast standard.
  19. The maximum value may vary according to the broadcast standard or resolution.
  20. AAC (Advanced Audio Coding) importation supports up to 2 channel (stereo) source only. 5.1 (6 channels) sources cannot be imported. Smart Rendering output function does not support the AAC format. (It can however be converted and outputted into Dolby Digital, Linear PCM or MPEG-1 Audio Layer II)
**Notice
  • Supports MPEG files generated by the TMPGEnc, TMPGEnc Plus, TMPGEnc 3.0/4.0 XPress and other software MPEG encoders (including realtime MPEG encoder for video capture devices), or by MPEG hardware encoders.
  • DVD-Video / DVD-VR VOB or VRO file direct importation in the Source list may not perform as expected because of the peculiar file structure used. In any case, use the DVD importation option of the Source Wizard to import a DVD-Video or DVD-VR content. Even when using the Source Wizard, Some DVD-Video / DVD-VR may not import properly.
  • Media Center Edition DVR-MS file import requires at least Windows XP SP2.
  • In general, partially damaged MPEG files may not import properly.
  • Possible Final task settings vary according to the hardware and operating system configuration.
  • Characteristics of this product may change without notice.
