User Support Policy
- TMPG Inc. will support users for a period of 1 year from the day of purchase or last major upgrade, which ever comes first. We may not be able to assist some users if they do not have an internet connection or email address.
- Program module support and/or updates related to a program will be available.
- Users who have purchased the retail box version of the software are eligible for phone support.
(Phone support is only available during office hours - please use the support forms for support outside of the designated time.)
- We cannot support users of the following nature:
- Users that have purchased the software under unofficial means or unauthorized vendors.
- Users whose support period has expired.
- Users who are using an unauthorized version or unlicensed version of the software.
- Trial version users are not eligible for support services.
