Usually, this notification appears when the street address you provided does not match the address appearing on your credit card's statement of account. In such cases, verify your credit card's statement of account information and correct the entered information. If that doesn't work, you can try the PayPal method of payment instead which is less strict on the address verification. You do not need a Paypal account to use the Paypal payment option.
Another reason for this error is that PO Box addresses are usually not recognized as a valid bank account addresses. In such cases, verify your credit card's statement of account information and correct the entered information. Sometimes, adding the true street address in addition to the PO Box number validates the address. You can also try the PayPal method of payment instead mentioned above. If you need to have the backup CD delivered to a PO Box address, check the "Shipping address is different than above" box, then complete the "Your Shipping Address" section of your order.

The data we get from the online validation system cannot be used to recover anything other than what you type in the validation window (i.e. your license serial number). You are not even obligated to type a personal or valid electronic mail address, unless you wish to receive our newsletter. If you cannot validate because the software cannot reach the validation server, please verify your Internet connection, check your firewall settings, internet protection software, anti-virus software, and proxy servers (if any). If you are working on a corporate network, check with your IT or network administrator if anything special needs to be done.
If the validation system states that your license serial number is invalid, please verify that you've correctly typed the license serial number, or you are using the correct software language version.
There is also the possibility that you cannot validate because our validation server found that you misused the license serial number. In such an instance, please contact us.
