Due to the nature of the Pegasys Inc. Store, the Proof of Purchase, reflecting the content of the Purchase Confirmation page of the Pegasys Inc. Store, is exclusively provided by electronic mail upon completion of a successful purchase. The Proof of Purchase electronic mail is sent automatically to the electronic address provided by the purchaser during the order and payment processing. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the necessary environment to insure the timely and correct reception of the Proof of Purchase electronic mail. No Proof of Purchase or electronic mail of any kind is sent to the purchaser in case of non-completion or unsuccessful payment. There is no physical delivery implied in the purchase of a product at the Pegasys Inc. Store. Upon reception of the purchased article’s License Serial Number, the purchaser may have to create a User Account and register the License Serial Number at the User Account to access the product‘s download functions. As the creation of a User Account relies on the exchange of information through electronic mail means, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the necessary environment to insure the timely and correct reception of the User Account electronic mail.

- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the states of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of this Agreement to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
