So how do you download the full version of your software? Follow these three easy steps and you'll be enjoying your new software or update in no time.
- Before anything, you must have a valid license number for the product you wish to download. The license number is the serial number that allows you to use the software. If you do not have a license number, visit our store to purchase one.
If you already own and are using the software:
You can check your license number by going to the "Options" tab of the software and selecting the "About..." option. This will open a new window displaying the current software version. A button named "License Information" should be in this window; click it to see your license number.
- The second thing you need is a TMPG User Account. You can create a user account by visiting our registration page. You will need your license number to complete registration. This account creation process will also register your software at the same time.
If you already have a TMPG User Account:
You will need to register your product if you haven't done so already. To do this, login to your User Account from the login page. After login, find the section titled "Register Your Product". Here you can input your license number to register your product.
- After your product is registered, it should appear in your registered products list in your User Account page. An active download link should appear next to your product. Click the link to begin downloading the full version of the software.
That's it! You can re-download your software at any time.
Minor version updates are also downloaded in this fashion; simply re-download the product to obtain the newest version available.
A phyisical CD can be mailed to you if you purchase the optional Backup CD (may not be available for all products, upgrades, or promotions).
