1. Pegasys announces CEO change

Pegasys Inc. announces today that Yasuyuki Kawamura has resigned from his position as CEO,
on June 30th. Following Mr. Kawamura's resignation, Sales manager Takashi Ebine was appointed CEO of Pegasys Inc. This change has been approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same day.
